Restaurant Het Bosch

Not easy to find, at the border of a lake in the south of Amsterdam, behind the ING-headquaters.
Surrounded by a marina, filled with beautiful small cityboats, the view, overlooking the lake, is realy exceptional!
At this stunning location, where Ferry van Houten and Robert Weers run their restaurant “Het Bosch”.
It’s kitchen is mainly french orientated, but oriental and italian flavours are used on a regular basis too.
Their winelist shows magnificent choises from the whole world with a wide selection ‘by the glass’.
Their terrace is famous for it’s nice garden, while you can nearly touch the boats…

What a great place to have a unforgetable lunch or dinner!

Haesje Claes restaurant

The restaurant is located in the center of Amsterdam between Dam square and Spui square. Haesje Claes is situated in 6 authentic Amsterdam houses which are centuries old and where we would like to welcome you for a lunch or dinner in one of the 8 different rooms. The atmosphere of centuries ago is still lingering through these rooms. The restaurant can provide lunch or dinners also for large groups up to 200 guests.

The restaurant specializes in traditional Dutch cuisine “Neerlands Dis” as well as international dishes. Many season specialties available and a large variety of sea food.

With the kitchen’s motto is “from canapés to caviar” we like to give our guests an unforgettable impression of their visit to Amsterdam.

Restaurant-Café ‘In de Waag’

There’s a part of Amsterdam that never sleeps: Nieuwmarkt. In the middle stands the Weigh House or Waag. Originally built in 1488, this characteristic monumental structure now houses Restaurant-Café In de Waag: the ideal place in the heart of Amsterdam for a lunch,  reception, meeting or dinner. This magnificent historic building with its constrained yet informal interior design is lit by 300 candles. A combination that ensures a unique atmosphere.

The menu is regularly revised to encompass a wide range of meat, fish and vegetarian recipes. Those recipes are to be specified as international kitchen, accompanied by typical Dutch recipes. We have a wide range of different menu’s, like the a-la-carte menu’s for lunch and dinner and the drinks & snacks-menu. Especially for groups above 12 people we have a group-choice-menu and some lunch suggestions.

Restaurant-Café In de Waag seats 140 people. The restaurant is designed to accommodate individual diners as well as small groups, while there is also room for large groups for lunch or dinner. In addition, three attractive rooms are ideal locations for private parties.

Restaurant ‘Het Tuynhuys’

Restaurant Het Tuynhuys is centrally located within walking distance of theatres and behind the Flowermarket on the Singel.
Located in a former coach house belonging to a 17th century mansion in the ‘Golden Bend’, the contemporary interior of Het Tuynhuys sets the stage for a wonderful dining experience in the heart of Amsterdam.

Our seasonal menus feature both complex modern creations and traditional favourites. Crafted with exceptional market ingredients, flavours are harmoniously pure and delicate. While based on the classic French kitchen, a Mediterranean twist can be found across the menu. Exciting degustation menus offer the opportunity to sample multiple dishes per course. The extensive array of wines facilitate a well-balanced pairing with the food and different glasses per course can be had as well.

Tables are well spaced among two inviting floors, allowing for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. Het Tuynhuys features a split-level dining room of which the upper level is perfectly suited to seat larger parties. In the summer meals can be enjoyed on our garden, against the backdrop of our monumental façade.
